About the Zoz Group
The Zoz Group, headquartered in Wenden (Sauerland), specializes in Mechanical Process Engineering, in particular High Kinetic Processing (HKP). The company manufactures and distributes patented HKP equipment under the protected brand Simoloyer® for mechanical alloying (MA), reaction milling (RM) and High-Energy Milling (HEM) in batch, auto-batch and semi-continuous operation under vacuum or inert gas – characterized by highest kinetic energy and lowest contamination. Using its own equipment, the Zoz Group also produces nanostructured materials: from powders and coatings to bulk components, magnetic filters, batteries, hydrogen drives with H2 solid-state absorber tanks including vehicles. Fields of application lie in ODS/NFA, metal-matrix and composite materials (MMC, MCC, CCC), M/C polymers and WPC, CNT utilization, high-performance cement, battery and hydrogen storage, magnetic data storage, Additive Manufacturing, MechanoChemistry and BioProcessing. The Zoz GmbH can look back on more than 20 years of experience in nanostructure manufacturing and has been listed among the German Hidden Champions since 2013; since 2016 it has been subject to permanent monitoring by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BaFa).
