About ZSK Automotive
ZSK Automotive GmbH was founded in 1996 in Weingarten (Baden-Württemberg) and is an internationally active service provider for automotive toolmaking. The company supports the entire lifecycle of press tools: new tool construction, try-out, maintenance, monitoring, engineering, planning, project management and plant engineering. With the ZSK Mobile Toolshop, the company brings high-precision machining directly onto the customer's production floor: the mobile 5-axis CNC milling machine BART mills free-form surfaces with an accuracy of under 20 µm in materials up to 62 HRC, while the mobile 6-axis welding robot LISA performs overlay and build-up welding with reduced heat input using the spatter-free Fronius CMT process. A Leica Laser Tracker AT960-MR with Absolute Scanner AS1 enables 3D digitalization, reverse engineering and quality documentation with an accuracy of under 15 µm. Customers include BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW, Audi and Porsche; ZSK supports over 100 customers in more than 20 countries and is represented with locations in Germany, Spain and China as well as representatives in North and South America.
