Who we are
ZSK STICKMASCHINEN GmbH is a manufacturer of industrial embroidery machines based in Krefeld. The company develops and manufactures in-house in Krefeld and Remscheid single-head and multi-head free-arm machines (SPRINT, RACER), flatbed embroidery machines (CHALLENGER, S- through Z-Series with up to 56 heads), as well as special machines with K- and W-embroidery heads for chenille and cord/ribbon embroidery. Every machine is assembled to customer specification. In addition to classic textile processing for garments, home textiles, badges and automotive interiors, a key focus is technical embroidery: here the systems lay down fiber strands such as aramid, carbon and glass fiber rovings for reinforcement structures, as well as conductive yarns, wires and tubes; in the Smart Textiles field, sensors, electrodes, LEDs and circuit boards can be integrated into textiles with conductive threads. The value chain also includes the company's own embroidery software (GiS BasePac, EPCwin), workflow solutions, training, spare parts service and fully overhauled used machines. The machines are delivered to more than 100 countries; over 80% of components come from the region.
