About Zuelch Industrial Coatings

Zuelch Industrial Coatings GmbH, based in Osterode-Lerbach (Harz), is a family business founded in 1959 and now in its third generation, specializing in the development, production and distribution of functional paints and coating materials for industry. The product range includes strippable coatings (Abziehlacke), dust-binding paints, marking paints, 1K/2K primers (including weld-through primers, zinc phosphate and zinc dust paints), chemical- and heat-resistant 2K topcoats (2K-PUR, 2K-epoxy, PTFE, heat-resistant up to 600 °C), annealing paint against scale formation, metallic effect paints, dip, spray, drum and hot-drum paints as well as TTD paints, stain and color concentrates. Substrates coated include wood, plastic, metal, iron, steel, aluminum and zinc; core industries are toys, wood/furniture, machinery and plant engineering, and the lamp and luminaire industry. In addition to standard products, the company develops individual special solutions and offers contract manufacturing of paints and coatings in smaller batches, using dissolvers, bead mills (Fryma Koruma) and basket mills (VMA-Getzmann). Quality assurance is carried out in the company's own laboratory, among other things by FTIR infrared spectroscopy and Raman colorimetry; the company is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
