About us
Zuführ- und Fördertechniken GmbH (ZF-Techniken), based in Löhne (Herford district, North Rhine-Westphalia), develops and manufactures custom special solutions in the field of automation. The range of services covers feeding technology, conveying technology, robot and gantry systems for the automation of injection moulding machines, screw-driving machines, assembly and packaging units, as well as inspection systems based on machine vision with self-learning algorithms. The value chain ranges from consulting and project management through development, design and 3-D printing (additive manufacturing of plastic parts) to the manufacture of metal parts by milling, turning and drilling, system assembly, programming and commissioning. System components are modularly standardised to shorten design and assembly times. Customers come from the plastics, metal, electrical, pharmaceutical, automotive and packaging industries; references include ABB, Eaton, Epson, SMC, Bosch, Festo, Omron and Siemens.
