About zusa

zusa is a digital cutting service based in Steinberg am See, whose panel cut-outs are manufactured in a partner workshop in Schwandorf. Using an online configurator, cut-outs can be specified to the millimetre, visualised in a live 3D view and ordered in real time with full price transparency. The portfolio includes zusa.cut – custom cut-outs from a wide material selection: from spruce three-ply, oak veneered and Oak Halifax through screen-printed panels, OSB, multiplex, raw chipboard and poplar plywood to decorative chipboards such as W980 ST7 Platinum White and U999 ST7 Black, as well as MDF and HDF. Production is carried out to joiner quality with a data check running in the background to prevent planning errors. The cut-outs can be collected directly in Schwandorf or delivered. In addition, zusa offers modular furniture components and custom modules for sideboards, shelving and coat racks, as well as a B2B solution with a digital interface for joineries and trade businesses.
