ZWICK Gastronomiebetriebe e.K. operates two pubs and restaurants in Hamburg: ZWICK St. Pauli and ZWICK Pöseldorf on Mittelweg. The venue on Mittelweg traces back to a pub founded around 1950 by innkeeper Offierowski; since December 6, 1991, Uli Salm has run ZWICK Rockin' Restaurant. The walls display historical instruments from Uli Salm's collection and photos of famous guests. The walls also feature parts of the RID-certified largest bass guitar collection in the world (710 instruments, 2022). In 2001, ZWICK was named Best Pub at the Hamburg Gastro Awards. Recordings by the house band ZWICK-Allstars are released on the in-house label ZWICK-Records.
