Since 1990, Zwicker AG Licht has designed and realised individual lighting solutions for commercial spaces, cultural, private and public buildings, indoors and outdoors. The company, led by Gallus Zwicker and based in St. Gallen, uses light as a space-mediating or space-defining design element – as a response to the language of the prevailing architecture. Its range of services includes analysis and conception, lighting design and project engineering with lighting calculations and computer simulations, as well as product design and development. Where a project requires it, the company designs and produces object-specific luminaires and components integrated into the architecture. Its own production facility stands for a long tradition of careful metalworking; through a network of long-standing partners in industrial manufacturing, projects are realised on time and to professional standards in Switzerland.
