About Zwiesel Fortessa

Zwiesel Fortessa, a subsidiary of Zwiesel Glas, is a supplier of glassware, tableware, cutlery and table accessories for commercial customers. The range includes wine glasses, red and white wine glasses, sparkling wine and champagne glasses, beer and cocktail glasses, carafes as well as tableware and accessories for laid tables. The glasses are manufactured to Zwiesel's glass excellence from Tritan® crystal glass, which is regularly tested for stresses, drop tests, scratches, cracks and thermal shock. The glass production in Zwiesel uses an oxyfuel melting tank with around 30 % lower energy consumption compared with gas-air heated tanks, as well as regional raw materials, filter systems and heat recovery. With over 150 years of German glass production and more than 30 years of tabletop experience of the Fortessa brand in the Americas, the company serves gastronomy, hospitality, catering, wine trade and bars and provides table concepts and product ranges for commercial customers.
