About Acciosonic

Acciosonic GmbH, based in Munich, develops the Sonic-Pixel technology: a single AlScN pMUT phased-array microchip that is integrated into the temple of smart glasses. The CMOS-compatible chip combines three functions in one component: directed, private audio playback to the ear, silent haptic feedback on the temple, and near-field sensing of physiological signals such as pulse, heart rate and SpO₂ via skin contact. The business model includes OEM licensing of the patent portfolio, transfer of process know-how, and the development of reference designs and integration studies for smart-glasses OEMs and suppliers. Stated technical specifications are 20 Pa haptic mid-air output at 3 cm, a controlled carrier frequency above 150 kHz, an audio output range of 300 Hz to 4 kHz, and an input measurement distance of 500 microns. The website is available in German and English.
