About ACELtec

ACELtec Elektrotechnik und Lasertechnik is a laser fine-processing company in Aachen with experience in laser processing since 1989. The company cuts, welds and marks metals with a solid-state laser: laser fine cutting with kerf widths of 50 to 160 µm in sheets and strips up to 6 mm thick, fine cut holes from 0.2 mm diameter, laser welds with seam widths from approx. 100 µm, and laser marking and type plates in series with sequential data. In addition, laser-cut parts are finished in-house by fine bending, countersinking, threading up to M10, inserting press-in nuts and glass bead blasting, ready for installation. Materials processed include steels, stainless steels, spring strip steels, aluminium, non-ferrous metals as well as ceramics and special materials. Complete parts with grinding, milling, turning or EDM are produced via partner companies in the region. Production covers individual parts and prototypes as well as small and large series; customers are supplied in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
