About ACH Solution
ACH Solution GmbH was founded in 2010 in Fischlham, Upper Austria, and has developed into a globally active provider of toolmaking, dosing technology and turn-key solutions in silicone processing. The company manufactures injection molding tools for LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) and HTV silicone – including master tools with interchangeable inserts, multi-component tools, micro tools and thermally balanced cold runners. Toolmaking processes such as milling, cylindrical grinding and EDM as well as assembly are carried out entirely in-house in automated production cells. The product range includes LSR dosing systems (MINIMIX, MIDMIX, MAXIMIX, SHOREMIX) and HTV dosing systems (TURNMIX) as well as the patented needle shut-off system ACH SERVOSHOT 2G. In its own technical center with 20 injection molding machines up to 250 t, tools are sampled and processes optimized; for American customers, a Tech Center in Sarasota, Florida, with two injection molding machines is available. Customers come from the automotive, consumer goods, electrical engineering and health care & baby care industries.

Liquid silicone for micro parts, multi-component and cold runner applications in medical, automotive and electrical engineering.
HTV silicone (solid silicone rubber)
High-viscosity silicone, processed with the TURNMIX dosing systems in Shore hardnesses A 20 to A 90.
Thermoplastic
Combined with silicone in 2K multi-component tools (transfer, rotary table or index plate technology).
Steel (tool steel)
Material for tool inserts; machined in-house by milling, cylindrical grinding and EDM.
Rubber
Can be processed with the ACH SERVOSHOT 2G needle shut-off system.
