AITAD GmbH, based in Offenburg, develops and manufactures intelligent sensor solutions in which artificial intelligence runs directly on the sensor board – known as embedded AI. As a full-stack solution provider, the company handles the entire process: from consulting through hardware and software development (full-stack, in-house) to delivery of the production-ready sensor component. Its customers are mid-sized companies and large corporations from industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, household appliances, medical technology, aerospace and maritime shipping. The company was founded in 2018 by Viacheslav Gromov and employs more than 30 staff from five engineering disciplines.
