ASTORtec AG, based in Einsiedeln, is a Swiss manufacturer of self-adhesive solutions, die-cut parts, reactive resin systems and special products for bonding, sealing and protecting. The product range includes sealing and application tapes, adhesive tapes and tapes, die-cut parts made from foams and adhesive films, spacers and stacking washers, drywall products, anti-slip mats, electrical insulating varnishes as well as adhesives and sealants. Services offered include roll slitting, coating and laminating, die-cutting (including contract die-cutting), winding, contract mixing, filling and assembling as well as RADS – robotically applied sealing foams (FIPFG). Production takes place entirely at the two sites in Einsiedeln; most products meet the Swiss-Made criteria for industrial goods. The company, with more than 40 employees, is part of the ASTOR Group (ASTOR-Holding AG), founded in 1959 and family-owned, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. Customers come, among others, from the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors, the electrical industry, window and glass construction, drywall construction and ventilation technology.

Quality and Certification
ASTORtec AG is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and documents all critical areas with, where necessary, complete traceability; every adhesive production batch is tested and documented with retained samples for at least two years. The range of testing equipment includes density, grain size and viscosity measurements, gel times, thermal analyses (DSC/Tg), Shore hardness tests as well as tensile and compression testing up to 100 kN.
