About BRUGG eConnect

BRUGG eConnect is a Swiss manufacturer of industrial cable solutions headquartered in Birr near Brugg. The company produces industrial cables for e-mobility (DC charging connection cables for High Power Charging), wind turbines (WILBAwind torsion and tower cables), transformer cables, shielded EMC cables, motor connection cables, energy supply cables (PURWIL) and vehicle cables. In addition, custom special solutions are created in an engineered-to-order process including prototype construction, hybrid cables with copper and fibre-optic connectors as well as ready-to-install modules with housings, connectors, mechanical components and functional testing. The value chain comprises cable assembly with PUR overmoulding, crimping, potting, machining (milling, turning, drilling) and electroplating surface treatment. The headquarters in Birr houses development, assembly and a high-voltage laboratory; the production facility in Międzyrzecz, Poland, has been manufacturing industrial cables and assembled solutions since 1999. Customers come from mechanical engineering, automation, medical technology, wind energy, mining, the military and transport. BRUGG eConnect is a business unit of BRUGG Lifting AG and part of the BRUGG Group.
