Door manufactory in the fourth generation
ComTür Weimann GmbH is a family-run door manufacturer based in Heilbronn, founded in 1919 and today led by the fourth generation. In its own door manufactory, the company produces interior doors, entrance doors, apartment entrance doors, pivot doors, sliding doors, style doors and custom-made functional doors – from in-house blank construction to final assembly. The manufacturing combines traditional joinery craftsmanship with modern technology, including a specially developed round-arch press and a characteristic multi-layer sanded lacquer surface in furniture quality. Materials processed include solid woods such as oak and walnut, reclaimed wood, solid wood veneers, solid chipboard and joiner's board constructions as well as surfaces made of stone, leather, glass, laminates and carpet (VARIA-Protect system); functional doors with burglar resistance (RC1–RC3), fire and smoke protection (T30/T60/T90), sound insulation (SK2–SK4) and climate class round out the range. Customers are architects, planners, real estate projects and premium residential and commercial construction in Germany and abroad. The scope of services includes consultation in the company's own door gallery, measurement support, delivery with its own trucks as well as service and maintenance contracts.

Quality
ComTür develops and tests the door elements itself, also on a project-specific basis. Functional doors are tested according to EN 1634-1+3 / DIN 4102 (fire/smoke T30–T90), EN 1627 (RC1–RC3) and sound insulation classes SK2–SK4.
