About E&K Leiterplatten

Since 1993, E&K Leiterplatten GmbH has been manufacturing printed circuit boards for industrial electronics – from single-piece production and prototypes via the Premium Pool Service through to series production. The entire value chain – from the selection of the base material through data preparation with design rule check and CAM setup to manufacturing, surface coating and electrical functional testing – takes place at the company's own production facility in the BIZZPARK Oberbruch in Heinsberg. Equipment in use includes CNC drilling machines (LENZ), a CNC milling machine (KLG) and an automatic exposure system (HAKUTO). Materials processed include FR4 base materials with various glass transition temperatures, thermostable and halogen-free base materials, Rogers, Arlon and Megtron materials as well as copper. Surface finishes offered include immersion tin, electroless nickel gold, hard gold, lead-free HASL and carbon. The company coordinates large series production with long-standing production partners in Taiwan and China. Applications of the printed circuit boards include aerospace, automotive, wind power, security technology for banks, traffic control engineering and consumer electronics.
