About EA-Electronic
EA-Electronic GmbH, based in Essen, specializes in safety testing technology. The company develops and manufactures high-voltage test instruments for testing the dielectric strength and insulation capability of electrical devices, machines and systems. The portfolio includes high-voltage test instruments of the MHP and HVP series with test voltages of 3 to 50 kV, protective conductor test instruments, production test instruments, burden test instruments, phase sequence test instruments and an insulating oil test instrument; accessories such as test leads and warning lamps are also offered. The instruments are individually adapted to customer requirements, including special-purpose equipment construction, and are used in laboratories, test fields, production and quality assurance, among other areas. Since 2010, EA-Electronic GmbH has continued the business of the traditional company HCK-Electronic; its instruments have been used for decades by Deutsche Bahn and its subcontractors for high-voltage testing of rail vehicles. In addition to sales and manufacturing, the company offers its own calibration laboratory with factory and DAkks calibration, repairs, on-site service, 24h emergency service, spare parts and training. Since 2023, its location has been Hermann-Drescher-Weg 4H in Essen.
