About ESTECH Group AG
ESTECH Group AG was founded in 2006 by a group of private entrepreneurs and, as a Swiss holding company, is an association of successful medium-sized industrial enterprises in metalworking. The aim of the founding was to bundle a portfolio of sound companies and thus seize the opportunities arising from unresolved succession problems and spin-offs. The group is active in two business divisions: The ESTECH Industries division comprises companies supplying drawn parts, components and assemblies industrially, with competencies in CNC machining, sheet metal working (laser cutting, punching, bending) and welding technology. The Swiss Power Carbide division comprises the traditional carbide company Hartmetall ESTECH AG, which develops and manufactures sophisticated carbide solutions. With the ESTECH DIGITAL platform, sheet metal parts can be calculated and ordered online. The group employs around 250 staff at seven locations and generates revenue of around CHF 60 million.
