Firma CNC-Steuerung is a sole proprietorship founded in 2003, based at Jerichostraße 28 in Bocholt. As a system partner for industry, trade and demanding CNC users, the company develops and supplies CNC controls, motion controllers, operator panels, AC servo and drive technology as well as its own CNC software (SIM CNC, SIM CNC NEO, Mach4). The core business is CNC retrofit: outdated control, drive and electronic components of milling, turning, gantry, plasma and waterjet cutting machines are replaced with modern, long-term available technology, while the proven machine mechanics are retained. The product range extends from coordinated retrofit kits (including for Deckel, MAHO, Mikron, Weiler, Emco, Wabeco, Wissner, WiTEC, MultiCam, Mecanumeric, Zinser) to special machine solutions such as dosing and foam cutting machines, through to remote maintenance, on-site commissioning and training. The developments, which rely primarily on proven components, stem from around 2.900 CNC machine and conversion projects with more than 20.000 customers served. Since 2013, the company has been a partner of Delta Electronics; their servo systems, frequency inverters and motion controllers (CSMIO IP-S/IP-A) form the heart of many control solutions.
