About FIT AG
FIT AG, based in Lupburg (district of Neumarkt i. d. OPf.), is a manufacturing service provider specialized in additive manufacturing (industrial 3D printing) and has been active since 1995. The company produces prototypes, one-off parts, individualized series components, spare parts, tools as well as art and architectural components using more than 15 additive processes for metal (Laser Melting, Electron Beam Melting, WAAM, Cold Spray), plastics (SLS, SLA, MSLA, DLP, SAF, PolyJet, FDM, GDP) and construction materials (SCA, ceramic printing, Robotic FDM/WAAM). In addition, conventional processes such as injection molding, elastomer manufacturing, vacuum casting, investment casting, RIM and CNC milling are offered, along with post-processing including heat treatment/HIP. Materials include aluminum, steel and stainless steel alloys, titanium, copper, Inconel, polyamide, photopolymers, elastomers and cement-bound construction materials. Customers come from medical technology, aerospace, automotive, rail transport, mechanical engineering, defense, construction/architecture, art and research. The AM Campus in Lupburg is home to more than 60 industrial systems and several production halls (among others approx. 4,500 m² of production space).
