About us
Herrigel GmbH is a master-craftsman-operated company for CNC machining based in Neckarsulm-Obereisesheim. Since 1991, the company has manufactured single and series parts as well as tools and moulds: drawing tools, prototypes for sheet metal processing, series and prototype moulds for plastic parts, aluminium cast parts and hydroforming (IHU), as well as peripheral parts for large moulds and machine components. The core processes include 3- and 5-axis CNC milling including high-speed cutting (machining envelope up to 3500 x 1800 x 1000 mm, workpiece weight up to 5000 kg), deep-hole drilling on an Imsa machine (drilling depth up to 1200 mm, diameter 4–40 mm, table load up to 14 t) and wire EDM (Mitsubishi MV2400R). Machining is performed in plastics, steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals including heat and surface treatment as complete machining. The offering is complemented by CAD-CAM design and quality assurance. Customers come from tool and mould making, sheet metal processing, plastics processing, aluminium casting, mechanical engineering and automation.
