About us
JF Schweisserei GbR is a master-certified business from Dreisbach (Rhineland-Palatinate) that manufactures welded assemblies and metal parts to customer specifications. Its range of services includes TIG welding (process 141, AC/DC) for aluminium up to 8 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm and steel up to 5 mm, MAG/MIG welding (135/131) up to 12–20 mm wall thickness as well as arc welding (111). In addition, the business performs sheet metal processing with CNC lasers (steel up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm, tubes up to Ø 300 mm), CNC bending up to 4000 mm bend length, punching/nibbling and pressing. In machining, CNC milling up to 5 axes (working area X 600, Y 450–500, Z 400–450 mm) as well as turning up to Ø 250 mm in the chuck are available. Additionally, rolling, drilling, countersinking, reaming, thread cutting, sawing, grinding and satin finishing are offered. Production ranges from single parts to finished assemblies. Manufacturing takes place in Dreisbach under the management of Paul Fritzler and Andreas Jeske.

High-quality welding of aluminium up to 8 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm and steel up to 5 mm.
MAG/MIG welding
For aluminium and stainless steel up to 12 mm and steel up to 20 mm wall thickness.
Arc welding
Manual arc welding of stainless steel and steel up to 20 mm.
Laser cutting
Cutting of steel up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm and tubes up to Ø 300 mm.
CNC milling up to 5 axes
Machining on a Deckel Maho MH 600W with Heidenhain control, working area X 600, Y 450–500, Z 400–450 mm.
Lead and screw cutting lathe turning
Precision turning on an Optimum OPTIturn TZ 4 up to Ø 250 mm in the chuck.
Bending, punching/nibbling, pressing, rolling
Forming of sheet metal parts with bend lengths up to 4000 mm (depending on sheet thickness).
