About KAtech
KAtech Automatisierung GmbH was founded in July 2011 in Filderstadt and is a manufacturer-independent specialist for the electrical equipment, control technology and modernization of blow molding machines and extrusion blow molding machines. The range of services includes electrical design, electronic control, control system development (PLC, Beckhoff, Siemens, CODESYS), software development including HMI visualizations, complete control cabinet solutions as well as electromechanical drive technology as a replacement for hydraulic movements with its own in-house developed actuators (WDS/WDR, SAK). KAtech is a development, design and service partner of HESTA Blasformtechnik in Göppingen and was involved in the development of the all-electric blow molding machine. More than 125 control system conversions have been successfully completed; references exist, among others, in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, France, the Czech Republic and the USA. In addition, new and function-tested used spare parts as well as safety inspections in accordance with DIN EN 60204 are offered.
