Micontec GmbH, based in Hamminkeln on the Lower Rhine, specialises in the planning, design, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning of conveying and plant technology. The plants consist of circulating conveyor belts made of steel plates with robust conveyor chains and are designed for hot, abrasive and coarse-grained bulk materials. Industries served include power plant technology, waste incineration and waste-to-energy, biomass plants, steel and foundry technology as well as bulk material conveying. In addition to new plants, the company offers conversion, modernisation, retrofit, upgrading as well as overhaul and replacement of worn components of existing conveyor systems.
