About Molchmanufaktur
Molchmanufaktur GmbH manufactures pigs and components for hygienic pigging technology. The product range includes fluid pigs, interchangeable-lip pigs for bidirectional operation, diameter-tolerant hose pigs, powder pigs for suction and pressure operation, as well as custom pigs manufactured to customer specifications. The range is complemented by pig detection pins, pneumatic-mechanical drive and relief regulators, pig traps for inserting and removing pigs in filled pipelines, and a mobile hose emptying system. In its own mould-making shop, mould halves and tools are developed and manufactured to implement customised solutions. A specialised process is the pore-free implantation of detection magnets into pigs, enabling long-lasting and reliable detection. According to its own statements, the company relies on tested materials and modern manufacturing technology and supplies more than 400 national and international customers in hygienic pigging technology.
