proCtec specializes in industrial process automation and supports industrial companies across the entire lifecycle of their production plants: from analysis and conception through engineering and software development to installation, commissioning, maintenance and 24/7 service. The service portfolio includes batch management systems (proCbatch, proCflex according to S88), process control systems for nonwovens plants (proCvlies), process controls for extrusion lines (proCextrusion), MES integration (proCMES) as well as retrofit and modernization of existing plants independent of the manufacturer. proCtec has implemented automated solutions, among others, for fiber opening and blending plants, weighing and dosing systems, extruders, calender lines, presses, injection molding systems as well as assembly and handling systems. Customers come from the textile, automotive, rubber and plastics, pharmaceutical and chemical, food and aerospace industries as well as mechanical engineering. In the aerospace sector, proCtec has been cooperating with Gemcor (since 2016 Ascent Aerospace) for over 20 years and, together with Kuka and Gemcor, developed a fully automated riveting plant at Premium Aerotec in Augsburg.
