About RE4ONE
RE4ONE GmbH, based in Laer (Westphalia), specializes in control and automation technology for industrial plants. The company was formed in 2026 from the merger of I&W and HINZ and combines the expertise of two medium-sized companies across three sites. Its service portfolio includes switchgear construction, in-house development of the specialized MEBAS software for bulk solids processes, optimization of existing plants, IoT solutions, retrofit, after-sales service as well as training and seminars. RE4ONE designs, installs and commissions plants, develops drive and control technology and integrates machines into overall systems via standardized OPC-UA interfaces. Customers come from the bulk solids, food, recycling, agriculture, packaging and conveying technology industries; reference projects include, among others, the automation of a metal recycling plant of TSR Recycling GmbH & Co. KG with 40 individually controlled drives and six integrated machines.
