About GUTTROFF

Sauerstoffwerk Friedrich Guttroff GmbH is the nucleus of the family-owned GUTTROFF group with around 165 employees. The company produces and distributes technical, medical and food-grade gases, supplied gaseous or cryogenically liquefied. At its own air separation plant in Dettelbach, atmospheric gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon) are separated by rectification; in air separation, air is compressed in multi-stage turbines up to 58 bar and split into its components in a 36-metre-high cold box. In addition to the gas business, the product range includes welding and cutting technology, filler materials, automation with FANUC welding robots, as well as the engineering and installation of central gas supply systems. Several subsidiaries and branches across Germany cover filling, distribution and service. The head office is located in Wertheim-Reicholzheim.
