About us
Schaumstoff Müller is an Austrian family business founded in 1963, headquartered in Kasten bei Böheimkirchen (Lower Austria). For decades the company has supplied the furniture and upholstered furniture industry, trade retailers, upholsterers, interior decorators and upholsterers, as well as further industries such as mattress manufacturing, boat and caravan building, acoustics and packaging, with foams, nonwovens and accessories. The product range comprises more than 40 foam qualities, including cold-cure foam, visco foam, standard, recycled, outdoor, flame-retardant and acoustic foams, complemented by nonwovens, adhesives and jersey tubing. Processing takes place in the company's own cutting plant with CNC contour cutting machines, a CNC milling machine, CO2 laser systems, band knife cutters as well as vertical and horizontal cutting machines; in addition, bonding (solvent-free), laminating, jersey covering and coating are offered. Production takes place exclusively in Austria; supply is exclusively to trade retailers and industry, not to end customers. Since 2016 a fully automated production hall has been available, and the site is heated with pellets.
