About Scheermann
Scheermann crafts individual solid wood and epoxy resin tables as one-of-a-kind pieces by hand. The range includes custom-made dining tables, coffee tables, desks, conference tables and garden tables as well as custom designs, complemented by made-to-measure steel frames. Production takes place in the company's own manufactory in Solingen under the direction of a master carpenter; from four basic designs (Pure Solid Wood, Cracks & Knots, River Table, Inside Out), individual pieces of furniture are created in combination with wood selection, resin color, dimensions, edge and frame. The woods come from sustainable sources; only structural logs that were removed for environmental or safety reasons are processed, giving the wood a second life. In addition to private customers, Scheermann also supplies companies with conference tables including corporate colors or logos. Customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland receive delivery and assembly; a 3D configurator supports the planning.

Woods such as oak, beech, ash, maple, chestnut and elm from sustainable sources form the basis of the table tops.
Epoxy resin
Used to fill cracks and knots as well as for visible river table flows in the desired color.

History
- 2022
Foundation of Scheermann by Lukas Scheer and Cristian Zimmermann; the starting point was a decayed apple tree in the garden of Cristian's grandfather.
