About us
Schloms Process GmbH is a specialist in the digitalization and optimization of production processes, particularly in the particle foam industry. With more than 30 years of experience, the company develops innovative solutions for real-time energy and process monitoring at its Blumberg site. Using its in-house Schloms Process Interface (SPI), data from plants and supply systems is captured, visualized and analyzed to increase productivity and quality. The portfolio also includes turnkey process engineering systems such as modular tempering ovens with low-pressure steam technology as well as mobile and stationary pressure tank systems. Digital quality monitoring systems (SP Quality) and mobile measuring devices for process diagnostics round off the offering, enabling seamless traceability and data-driven process optimization.
