The range includes ballpoint pens, rollerball pens, fountain pens, text markers, permanent markers, fineliners and refills, which can be printed with logos or special designs. The products are made from plastic, biobased plastic from renewable raw materials such as maize or sugar cane, and recycled plastic (regranulate); some models feature a rubberised soft-touch surface. Production takes place at two sites in Germany, advertised as “100 % Made in Germany”. Using the Pen Configurator and the Mix & Match principle, barrel, clip and tip can be individually combined in numerous colour variants. The Reco ballpoint pen is certified with the Blue Angel eco-label; in addition, products with a financial climate contribution are offered. The promotional writing instruments division is located in Schramberg in Baden-Württemberg.
