Schönherr Teile-Vertrieb GmbH (STV-Germany) is a supplier and producer of machined cast and forged parts as well as assemblies and welded assemblies. The offering comprises cast parts made of grey cast iron (GG), ductile cast iron (GGG), aluminium, bronze (CuSn) and brass alloys (CuZn) up to a unit weight of 650 kg, forged steel parts, and robot-welded constructions. The in-house CNC machining is designed for workpieces up to 2,500 kg; sub-assembly, heat treatment and surface treatment services are offered in addition. The group of companies was founded over 20 years ago and produces in Germany, Slovakia, Bulgaria and China, depending on product group, process and quantity. Small quantities and spare parts for the after-sales market are also manufactured. Customers come from the agricultural and construction machinery industry, the automotive and engine industry, plant engineering, gearbox manufacturing and general mechanical engineering. Headquarters and administration are located in Niederzissen between Bonn and Koblenz, with a production site in Gotha.
