About us
Schübel Antriebstechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a technical distributor with its own manufacturing and workshop, specializing in drive and conveyor technology. The company produces individually planned, custom-made conveyor belt systems – L-belts, Z-belts, modular and hinged-plate belts, profile belts, timing belt conveyors and belt bunkers – in modular design made of anodized aluminum profiles with slide plates made of steel or stainless steel. In its own workshop, standard components such as couplings, chain sprockets and pulleys are drilled to final size, as well as drawing-based parts produced from single pieces up to small series. In addition, the company offers assembly of conveyor belts, timing belts and roller chains, rubber coating and coating of drive components such as rollers and cylinders, as well as on-site belt welding at the customer's premises. Over 40,000 items are available ex stock, supplemented by parts management, stock keeping, express and 24-hour delivery service as well as drive design and calculation. The company supplies mechanical and plant engineering, the food industry, conveyor technology and logistics, automation technology and other industrial sectors from its headquarters in Rottendorf near Würzburg.

Materials and Processes
Aluminum
Thick-walled, anodized aluminum profiles form the body of the conveyor belt systems and belt bunkers.
Steel
Standard material for slide plates (3 mm) of the conveyor belts as well as for couplings, chain sprockets and pulleys.
Stainless steel
Optionally for slide plates, roller chains and bearing textures where corrosion resistance is required.
Polyurethane
Extruded PU timing belts in metric pitch as well as wide-angle belts; weldable into endless belts.
Neoprene
Material of cast timing belts and V-belts with polyester tension cord.
Aramid (Kevlar)
Tension member material in timing belts for high loads, on request.
PVC
Back and surface coating of timing belts, among others as film in white, blue and green.
Linatex / Linatrile / Supergrip
Coating materials for carrying-side assembled timing belts and conveyor belts.
Silicone / EPDM / Viton
Coating materials for special requirements on timing belt backs.
Rubber/elastomers
Rubber coating of rollers and cylinders in all common Shore hardnesses, cylindrical and conical.
