Schwarzauger Metallrecycling GmbH is a family business now run by the third generation, headquartered in Voerde (Niederrhein)-Friedrichsfeld. The company was founded in 1956 as Fritz Collong Metallhandel GmbH in Essen and has been based on the Lower Rhine since 2015. Its range of services covers the purchase and trading of non-ferrous metals, alloyed steel scrap, ferrous and non-ferrous metals at daily prices, as well as the disposal of mixed construction waste, construction rubble, industrial waste and scrap. For businesses, skip and roll-off containers in sizes from 5 to 40 cubic meters are provided and exchanged within 48 hours if required. In addition, the company offers its own transport services in the Ruhr region as well as to the neighbouring countries of the Netherlands and Belgium. All official permits for the transport and disposal of ferrous and non-ferrous metals are in place.
