About Sciquoia

Sciquoia AG, based in Basel, develops, manufactures and distributes laboratory automation solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Its core product is ORBIT XC, a defined series product for automating sample preparation for LC and GC in GMP-regulated quality control laboratories. The systems are based on Hamilton STARlet liquid-handling hardware with four 1000-µL and two 5000-µL air-displacement channels, a liquid-transfer range of 10 µL to 4 mL, up to 504 autosampler vial positions and an integrated on-deck balance for automated gravimetric system suitability testing. Sciquoia delivers the software together with a completed software validation under a GAMP-5 Category 5 lifecycle (with the CSV partner Wega Informatik) as well as complete qualification documentation such as URS, FS, DS, ICH-Q9 risk analysis and IQ/OQ. The first reference customer is Bachem, where an ORBIT-XC system is installed.
