Together with SUNOTEC, the company operates the joint venture SECURSUN for the construction of solar and battery storage parks. In addition to two locations in Berlin and an office in Waren (Müritz), the AG maintains offices in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) and Panama.

On October 6, 2026, insolvency proceedings will be opened against securenergy GmbH. As a legally independent company, securenergy solutions AG is not affected and continues its business operations unchanged.
