About Solder Chemistry
Solder Chemistry develops and produces solder materials for electronics manufacturing with production in Germany. The portfolio includes solder pastes, fluxes (No-Clean, activated and lead-free variants), solder ingots, solder wires, SolderBonds (solder preforms) as well as soldering auxiliaries such as cleaning agents, rework fluxes and SMT adhesives. Alloys used include lead-free and silver-containing solder alloys such as SAC305; the company relies on recycled metals and short, regional supply chains in Europe. In addition to the materials business, Solder Chemistry offers application engineering consulting and process support for stencil printing, reflow processes, cleaning and rework, as well as custom product developments with proprietary formulations. Target industries are the electronics and SMT industry as well as metal processing. Together with its cooperation partner AdoptSMT, the company combines materials expertise, SMT process knowledge and regional customer support for electronics manufacturers.
