About SpectraFlow Analytics
SpectraFlow Analytics AG is a Swiss manufacturer of online measurement systems based on near-infrared technology (NIR/FTIR) for the cement and minerals industry. The company manufactures the Crossbelt Analyzer for online measurement of coarse raw material on conveyor belts as well as the Airslide Analyzer for measuring finely ground material in airslide channels. In addition, SpectraFlow provides software solutions for data storage, trending, reporting and closed-loop process control (APC) as well as customised calibration models for elemental, mineral phase and moisture analysis. The technology originated from 2006 onwards at ABB and was taken over in 2013 through a management buy-out as an independent company in Spreitenbach (Canton Aargau). More than 100 analysers are in operation in 30 countries on all continents; customers come from the cement, iron, bauxite, copper, nickel, platinum, potash, phosphate, coal and gold industries. Partnerships with FLSmidth and MMD ensure global reach.
