About SPEED Elektronik

SPEED Elektronik Vertrieb GmbH was founded in 1998 and develops and produces custom solutions in mechanics, electromechanics and electronics for the manufacturing industry, telecommunications and professional audio/video users. The company combines German engineering with its own sourcing branch in Taiwan (SPEED Asia) and flexible, UL-approved production in Ireland (SPEED Electronics Ltd.). The production range covers cable assemblies of all kinds – from flat ribbon cables, single cores and data cables to wiring harnesses and control lines (WtB/WtW) – as well as overmolding, ultrasonic welding, module assembly, potting, shrink molding and custom connection technology. In the telecommunications sector, SPEED operates as a system integrator offering installations, commissioning and service for fiber optic and copper networks. The project business is complemented by a standard program of more than 5,000 articles covering copper and fiber optic cables, network technology and audio/video. The headquarters in Schwelm coordinates project management, logistics and quality management.
