Spline AG, based in Thalwil (Canton of Zurich), plans, installs and maintains smart home systems for private homes and residential buildings. The service portfolio includes access control and security technology with fingerprint, RF-ID and video intercom systems as well as burglary, fire and water detection, individual lighting scenes and shading control, multiroom audio and home entertainment up to high-end home cinema with Dolby Atmos. Another focus is energy efficiency: the integration of photovoltaic systems, battery storage, solar- and tariff-controlled charging of electric vehicles and demand-optimised control of heating, cooling, ventilation and household appliances. In addition, wellness installations such as pools and saunas are centrally monitored and controlled. Spline handles project planning and project management from consulting through to commissioning, including remote access and remote maintenance of all functions, for example also for holiday homes.
