About Steelpaint
Steelpaint GmbH, based in Kitzingen, specialises in the manufacture and export of high-performance corrosion protection coatings for steel under the harshest conditions. The company is a subsidiary of the coatings company Emil Harrasser, founded in Kitzingen in 1890, and produces exclusively special coatings based on one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane and silicone raw materials. The systems, including the isocyanate-free Stelcatec-L product line as well as 2K epoxy topcoats, can be applied at relative humidity of up to 98% and temperatures from –5 °C to +50 °C and offer strong adhesion to residual rust, prepared steel surfaces and old paint layers. Fields of application include hydraulic steel structures (sheet piles, locks), port and quay facilities, offshore installations, bridges, tanks, pipelines and shipbuilding, in some cases in combination with cathodic protection (BAW-certified). Reference projects include, among others, the corrosion protection of the new Columbuskaje in Bremerhaven as well as fleets of Oldendorff and Berge Bulk. Through a subsidiary in Shanghai and distributors in the United Kingdom, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey and India, Steelpaint is represented worldwide.

One-component system without mixing errors, applicable at up to 98% relative humidity and on slightly damp substrates, with immediate seawater resistance.
Isocyanate-free 1K PU line Stelcatec-L (primer/intermediate/topcoat)
Cures exceptionally quickly and can be applied wet-on-wet even under adverse weather conditions.
Zinc primer Stelpant PU-Zinc
Primer with cathodic protection function for highly stressed steel surfaces such as cargo holds, tank tops and deck areas.
