About STF Holterman and Holcon
STF Holterman produces reinforced concrete precast elements in two factories in Xanten and Hattersheim am Main. Sales are handled by the sister company Holcon (founded 2009, part of the Hardeman Group), which takes care of engineering, production, delivery and, if desired, assembly of precast concrete elements. Formwork, reinforcement and concrete are produced in-house, enabling complete control over the entire manufacturing process. With approximately 180 to 200 employees, the company operates mainly in the Netherlands and Germany, but also realizes projects in Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg and England. In recent years, the company has strongly established itself in commercial building construction and infrastructure. Reference projects include, among others, the Zalmhaven Tower in Rotterdam, DC Port Park, Smakkelaarsveld Utrecht and a data center in Frankfurt.
