About Swissfluid
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Lenzburg, Swissfluid AG develops, manufactures and distributes plastic-lined valves as well as sampling systems for corrosive and abrasive applications. The product range includes butterfly valves, ball valves, diaphragm valves, check valves, sight glass valves, cylinder valves, pneumatic actuators as well as inline and reactor sampling systems. The valves are assembled and tested to order according to customer specifications; liners made of PTFE, chemically modified PTFE-T and PFA protect the stainless steel housings against aggressive media, and special materials such as titanium, Inconel and Hastelloy are available. On its 5000 m² site in Lenzburg, the company combines production, assembly, testing, warehouse and administration; a large raw material warehouse shortens lead times. Through subsidiaries in the USA (Stafford, TX) and China (Shanghai), Swissfluid supplies customers worldwide, particularly from the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, paper and power plant industries.

Materials & Processes
PTFE
Proven liner plastic for corrosive and abrasive process media.
PTFE-T (chemically modified PTFE, ASTM D4894)
Chemically modified PTFE with lower permeation, higher temperature resistance and better creep resistance, among other things for liners and diaphragms.
PFA
Perfluoroalkoxy copolymer for linings in corrosive and aggressive media.
PFA-AS (conductive)
Conductive PFA for linings of sampling valves.
Stainless steel 1.4408
Standard material for valve bodies and stems of sampling valves.
Stainless steel 1.4404
Stainless steel casting/wear material for valve bodies and stems.
Stainless steel AISI 316 (CF-8M)
Body material of the SSB sampling ball valves.
Stainless steel SS316L
Material of the maintenance-free SSO-TA heat exchanger for cooling hot samples.
Titanium
Special material as an option for maximum corrosion protection.
Inconel
Special material as an option for maximum corrosion protection.
Hastelloy
Special material as an option for maximum corrosion protection.
Borosilicate glass
Enables visual inspection when sampling into the piston syringe.
