About Synatics
Synatics GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes systems and components for modular industrial production, in particular process modules (process cassettes), robotics solutions and software-based control and automation systems. The platform consists of standardized, interchangeable process cassettes that dock onto robots via a unified mechanical and media interface, and the Synatics OS software, which automatically identifies processes, transfers parameters and synchronizes with a digital twin. Target applications include welding, 3D printing, dispensing, surface treatment, laser processing as well as inspection and reverse engineering, complemented by predictive maintenance, remote operation and a scan-to-repair workflow. The cassettes integrate all media and cable connections, eliminating the need for manual integration, cable routing and individual engineering loops. The company was founded in 2026 by Jascha Rohmann, who draws on more than 15 years of experience in integrating complex process systems into robotic systems, and is based in Ingelheim am Rhein.
