About systeco
Since 2005, systeco has specialised in cleaning difficult and stubborn surface contamination. The Berlin-based company is the manufacturer of the patented vacuum blast process (low-pressure blasting, unitary patent EP 3873699C0) using the Tornado ACS system. The process works without high pressure, without water and without chemicals, is CO₂-neutral and material-sparing, and can be used in frost, in cleanrooms and in public areas. The compact cleaning machines are used, among other things, for graffiti removal, mould remediation, photo engraving, fire damage restoration, boat paint stripping and the restoration of stone stairs. Three system packages (Premium, Elite, Elite Plus) are sold in country-specific power grid versions, supplemented by accessories, wear parts and blasting media; leasing is available in Germany. Vacuum blast process (low-pressure blasting)
Granulate is accelerated to 400 km/h under vacuum and removes contamination and coatings in a material-sparing manner, without high pressure, water or chemicals.
Mineral Surfaces
Sandstone, concrete and stone are cleaned, stripped and treated for graffiti removal or monument restoration.
Plastic
Painted surfaces and plastics are gently cleaned or stripped of paint, for example on boats.
