T4A automation GmbH, based in Graz, is a service company for industrial automation whose corporate purpose is mechatronics for electrical engineering and automation. The team around founding partner Thomas Kaltenberger consists of experienced experts from various automation disciplines whose competencies complement each other. The service portfolio covers the planning and design of plants including automation level design, implementation up to full operational capability, and after-sale service over the entire machine life-cycle – also for plants not developed by T4A itself. A key focus is Remote Data Monitoring: machine data is collected, analyzed and presented in a user-friendly format to increase availability, enable early alarms and time wear-part replacement through predictive maintenance. In addition, T4A offers audits and inspections with functional tests of sensors, motors, valves and control units, technical remote support, maintenance, data analysis and statistics. Services are offered as a flexible, transparent modular system. A reference project is the optimization of the throughput capacity of a limestone crusher plant at a cement plant in Canada. Industry focuses are the cement industry and industrial plants in general.
