TAIVR is a consulting firm founded in Hamburg in 2021 by Nicole Noack, with over 20 years of experience in safety-critical hardware operations, including in aviation and mobility. The offering includes fractional and interim COO/operations leadership, Pilot Readiness Assessments, the Investor Hardware Lens Workshop, the Hardware Execution Bootcamp for startup portfolio cohorts, and Lab2Market workshops for research teams and universities. In addition, TAIVR provides keynotes and mentoring, among others in the EIC Mentor Pool of the European Innovation Council and at Future Aero Lab. Engagements cover operations planning, requirements, risk management, change management, production readiness, team building, and commercial preparation. Clients are hardware startups, investors, accelerators, corporates, and research teams. TAIVR has no manufacturing of its own; it positions itself as a structure to minimize risk in hardware investments and development between prototype, production, and ongoing operation.
