About TechGenion
TechGenion GmbH is an independent engineering office based in Rodgau, specializing in the planning and implementation of flexible raw material logistics. The team of process engineers, mechanical engineering designers and automation technicians has many years of experience in raw material and bulk goods handling, particularly in the food industry and in bakeries. The service portfolio includes factory planning for new construction, conversions and expansions, plant planning and detail engineering including E&I planning and safety concepts (SIL), software engineering for PLCs, process visualization and MES, revamping of existing plants as well as consulting. In special machinery construction, TechGenion develops and manufactures custom units such as screening machines, dosing screws, tanker truck screens, mixers, fat-dosing systems and donut machines – from project planning through design and manufacturing to assembly, commissioning, maintenance and repair. A core concept is the Batch Container Technology: modular multi-product plants for flexible bulk goods mixing operations with end-to-end traceability and a high degree of automation.
